The State Authority of Preschool Children's Picture Books:Value Implication and the Logic of Reality
Picture books are important spiritual and cultural food for preschool children,which have a profound impact on their knowledge,experience,values,ideological quality and so on.However,due to the uneven quality of preschool children's picture books,their positive educational value has been eroded.Strengthening the state authority of preschool children's picture books contains multiple values such as laying the foundation of cultural confidence,improving educational quality,and improving institutional systems.At the same time,it also aligns with multiple practical logics such as policy guidance,role-driven,and experience accumulation.In the future,in order to strengthen the state authority of preschool children's picture books,we should provide quality reference and clarify the core elements of high-quality preschool children's picture books;establish sound institutional norms to provide guarantees for the construction of picture books for preschool children on both the supply and demand sides;and clarify the value hierarchy and handle the basic relationships in the construction of picture books for preschool children.
