The Influence of Kindergarten Organizational Climate on Early Childhood Teachers'Job Satisfaction:The Chain Mediation Role of Teaching Efficacy and Emotional Labor
The satisfaction level of kindergarten teachers is closely related to the development of preschool education.Based on a questionnaire survey of 1,091 kindergarten teachers,this study explores the influencing factors and mechanisms of kindergarten teachers'job satisfaction and constructs a chain mediation model.The results show that the organizational climate of the kindergarten has a positive predictive effect on kindergarten teachers'job satisfaction;kindergarten teachers'teaching efficacy and emotional labor play a role in both individual mediation and chain mediation between the organizational climate and job satisfaction.The conclusion of the study emphasizes the role of kindergarten organizational climate,teaching efficacy,and emotional labor in improving kindergarten teachers'job satisfaction,which has reference value for improving kindergarten teachers'job satisfaction.
