Research on the Field Dynamics Model of Professional Embeddedness for Kindergarten Teachers
The high turnover rate and strong mobility of kindergarten teachers are the bottlenecks that limit the high-quality development of preschool teachers. To better ensure the stability of preschool teacher resources,a field dynamics model for kindergarten teachers'professional embeddedness is constructed based on Lewin's"field dynamics theory".A localized measurement tool for kindergarten teachers'professional embeddedness is developed by using interview and questionnaire methods to explore how the"individual field"and the"environmental field"of kindergarten teachers interact with each other to provide motivation for their professional embeddedness.Research has found that the teachers'subjective factors in the"personal field"of kindergarten teachers have a significant positive impact on career connections, career sacrifices, and career matching;while the organizational factors and the social and industrial factors in the"environmental field"of kindergarten teachers have a significant positive impact on career connections and career sacrifices.Based on this, effective strategies are proposed to promote the professional embeddedness of kindergarten teachers by consolidating and adjusting the"personal field"and jointly developing the"environmental field".
