A Preliminary Study on the Discipline Construction of Labor Pedagogy
The discipline construction of labor pedagogy is an inevitable requirement for cultivating new talents with comprehensive development in the era,an urgent requirement for empowering the development of labor education practice,and a theoretical exploration for promoting the deepening of labor education research and improving the disciplinary system of Chinese pedagogy.At present,the construction of the discipline of labor pedagogy urgently needs to address issues such as the definition of the concept,research objects,discipline positioning and nature,research scope,research orientation,research methods,and disciplinary system of labor pedagogy.To promote the construction of the discipline of labor pedagogy,it is necessary to clarify the basic concept of the discipline construction of labor pedagogy,clarify the basic ideas of the discipline construction of labor pedagogy,handle the relationship between labor pedagogy research and labor education research,the relationship between labor pedagogy and labor education practice,the relationship between labor pedagogy and its related disciplines,as well as the relationship between Chinese and foreign countries research of labor pedagogy,and strengthen the external guarantee for the construction of the discipline of labor pedagogy.
