新时代乡村社会发展需要密切联系乡村实际的乡村教育提供滋养,而新时代乡村教育依赖于新乡村教师,即既能胜任新时代乡村学校教育者角色,又能适时适度兼任乡村振兴进程中新乡贤角色的精英型乡村教师.从专业胜任力视角看,新乡村教师应当具有执着的乡土观念、浓厚的乡土情感、淳朴的乡土形象、适宜的乡土知识与能力等乡土性专业特质.为有效培育新乡村教师的乡土性专业特质,应坚持乡土取向的职前培育、乡村教师岗前集中培训以及"青蓝工程"帮扶指导、联校交流、拓展"乡知"与提升"乡能"并重的"国培"、乡村名师工作室引领等职后培育.
What Kind of Rural Teachers Do We Need In the New Era
The development of rural society and the revitalization of the countryside in the new era need to be nourished by the rural education that is closely linked to the actual life of the countryside,and the education relies on new rural teachers.New rural teachers refer to elite rural teachers who are capable of playing the roles of educators in rural schools and new village sages in the process of rural revitalization in the new era.From the perspective of professional competence,the new rural teachers should have such rural professional qualities as a persistent local concept,strong local emotion,simple local image,reasonable local knowledge,and appropriate local ability.In order to effectively cultivate the native professional qualities of new rural teachers,we should insist on pre-service cultivation with native orientation in terms of enrollment conditions,cultivation objectives,cultivation courses,and cultivation methods,and it is appropriate to utilize the"strong native-type"pre-service centralized training for rural teachers,and the"Qing Lan Project"helps and guides rural teachers,and the"Admiring local customs type"and"Aspiration Alliance"are utilized for exchanges with other schools,expanding"hometown knowledge"and"improving hometown ability".The"national training"which gives equal importance to the enhancement of"rural competence"and the post-service cultivation with prominent rural colors,such as the leadership of rural master teacher studios,are also emphasized.
