摘要

在教育国际化背景下,中国出台多项政策鼓励留学生毕业后选择在华就业,但其在华就业比例仍然偏低.通过分析15位来自欧美等高收入国家留学生的约24万字深度访谈资料,运用反思性主题分析方法分析他们的就业意愿、就业决策机制及在华就业动能,并将受访留学生分为"自主规划退出型"与"被动制约退出型"两类.前者基于既定职业规划,主动退出中国职场;后者因语言、求职信息获取与社会支持等因素,持续削弱其未来在华就业意愿.基于此,本研究构建了"双层影响机制框架",为来华留学生在华就业意愿提供解释,为提升留学生就业政策的针对性与可及性提供依据.

Abstract

Against the backdrop of educational internationalization,China has introduced a series of policies to encourage international students to pursue employment in China after graduation.However,the proportion of international students who actually choose to work in China remains relatively low.This study analyzed approximately 240,000 words of in-depth interview transcripts from 15 international stu-dents from high-income countries such as those in Europe and America.By adopting the reflective themat-ic analysis method,it examined the students'employment intention,employment decision-making mecha-nism,and motivation for working in China.The interviewed international students were categorized into two types:"proactively planning to withdraw"and"passively constrained to withdraw".The former takes the initiative to withdraw from the Chinese job market based on their established career plans;the latter ex-periences a continuous decline in their willingness to work in China in the future due to factors such as lan-guage barriers,access to job-hunting information,and social support.Based on these findings,this study constructed a"dual-layer influence mechanism framework",which not only provides an explanation for the employment intention of international students in China but also offers a basis for enhancing the targeting and accessibility of policies aimed at promoting international students'employment in China.
