Abstract
The article aims at discussing the advantages of ICT application in education, especially in college education. As a matter of fact, there are many obstacles preventing ICT being used fully. The defects exist in misunderstanding of ICT among teachers and management. The writer wants to share some suggestions with the peers in order to improve teaching efficiency.
