Optimization of Extracting Conditions and the Content Comparative Analysis of Flavonoid of Ardisia corymbifera Mez var. tuberifera C. Chen from Different Areas and Different Sections
In this research, we established a method of quantity determination of total flavonoid in Ardisiacorymbijera Mez var. tuberifera C. Chen and comparative analysed content differences of flavonoid in different sections A . var. tuberifera from different areas by orthogonal experiment and spectrophotometry. The results indicated the optimum extractive technology of determination of total flavonoid in A . var. tuberifera by spectrophotometry was that extraction reagent 60% alcohol, ratio of liquid/solid as 1:70, extracting power 200 W, extracting temperature 70℃ and extracting time 50 min. On the other hand, the quantitative order of flavonoid of A. var. tuberifera from different areas was that Jingxi>>Napo>Debao>Fusui>Longzhou>Wuming as well as the quantitative order of flavonoid in different sections of A. var. tuberifera from the same area was leaf>root>stem. The optimum extract condition was detected by the experiment of precision, repeatability, stability and recovery, The results displayed that this method was simple, accurate, repeatable, the RSD was 0.788%, stable and high recovery with the average recovery of 96.20% , which showed that this method was feasibling for comparative content differences of flavonoid in different sections A . var. tuberifera from different areas and would provide some important direction for its quality analysis.
