Genome-wide Identification and Analysis of TCP Gene Family in Grape
TCP gene family is a specific kind of transcriptional factors in plant, and plays important regulatory roles in multiple aspects of plant growth and development. In this study, the family members, chromosome location, gene classification, phylogenetic relationship, conserved structure domains and gene structure of grapevine TCP gene family were analyzed by utilizing the bioinformatics method. The results showed that 15 VvTCP genes existed in the grapevine genome, and could be divided into two classes through phylogenetic analysis:Class Ⅰ and Class Ⅱ.Class Ⅱ could be further classified into two subclasses:CIN and CYC/TB 1.Conserved motif analysis showed that TCP domains were highly conserved.Gene structure analysis revealed that VvTCP genes contained 1~8 exons. The results of this investigation could definitely provide the theoretical basis for functional studies to reveal the role of grapevine SBP gene family.
