TCP基因家族是植物特有的转录因子家族之一,在植物的生长、发育等多个过程发挥重要的调控作用.本研究利用生物信息学方法对葡萄TCP基因家族成员、染色体定位、基因分类、进化分析、保守域结构和基因结构进行了详细分析.结果表明,葡萄TCP基因家族含有15个成员;进化分析表明,TCP基因家族可分为2组:Class Ⅰ和ClassⅡ,其中ClassⅡ可继续分为CIN和CYC/TB1两个小组.保守结构域分析表明,葡萄TCP基因家族TCP结构域高度保守;基因结构分析表明,葡萄TCP基因家族成员是由1~8个外显子构成.以上结果将为今后揭示葡萄TCP基因的功能提供重要的理论基础.
Genome-wide Identification and Analysis of TCP Gene Family in Grape
TCP gene family is a specific kind of transcriptional factors in plant,and plays important regulatory roles in multiple aspects of plant growth and development.In this study,the family members,chromosome location,gene classification,phylogenetic relationship,conserved structure domains and gene structure of grapevine TCP gene family were analyzed by utilizing the bioinformatics method.The results showed that 15 VvTCP genes existed in the grapevine genome,and could be divided into two classes through phylogenetic analysis:Class Ⅰ and Class Ⅱ.Class Ⅱ could be further classified into two subclasses:CIN and CYC/TB 1.Conserved motif analysis showed that TCP domains were highly conserved.Gene structure analysis revealed that VvTCP genes contained 1~8 exons.The results of this investigation could definitely provide the theoretical basis for functional studies to reveal the role of grapevine SBP gene family.
