Polymorphism and Bioinformatics Analysis of ADRP Gene in Pigs of Zongdihua and Congjiangxiang
To identity single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) ofA DRPgene that could lay the experiment foundation for heredity selection of Zongdihua pig and Congjiangxiang pig, the technology of direct sequencing of PCR products was used to analyze all the exons of the A DRP gene, and the bioinformatics analysis was carried out to predict the structure and function of ADRP protein. The results showed that 5 SNPs were found in A DRP gene that included one SNP located in non-coding regions, two synonymous mutation (T140C, A1061G) and two missense mutation (G777A, Val→Ile, A1117G, Asn→Ser). Two mutations (T37C and T140C) lead to the alteration of secondary structure of mRNA.These polymorphisms lead to the changes of secondary structure of RNA, secondary structure and tertiary structure of A DRP protein. The consequence indicated that A DRP gene should present a high level of genetic diversity, and it would provide a basis for the study of molecular breeding in pigs of Zongdihua and Congjiangxiang.
