The Pharmacological Effects on Hericium erinaceus and Its Cultivation and Application
The Hericium erinaceus is of higher food and medical value,whose fiuiting body tastes delicious.The polysaccharide has the anti-tumor,reducing blood fat,anti-aging,enhance immunity and other physiological functions.The cultivation,nutritional value and application of Hericium erinaceus cultivation,nutritional value and application were discussed in this paper.The advantages and disadvantages of Hericium erinaceus utilization were discussed in this paper.So did it with the future direction for the development and utilization of Hericium erinaceus in China.The price of Hericium erinaceus is high.However,its medicinal efficacy popularity is low.We should vigorously develop and promote its consumption.
