Construction and Application of a Big Data Platform for the Genome of Aqua-culture Economy Fish
Economically important fish species play a crucial role as a source of protein for humans, and studying their genomes has significant implications in molecular breeding and evolutionary analysis of aquatic organisms.Currently, there is a lack of comprehen-sive data platforms for analyzing genomic sequencing data of economically important fish species in our country. To address this gap, this study has collected and curated genomic sequencing data for over twenty economically important aquatic species and developed the aquaculture economic fish Genomics big data platform. This platform comprises modules for data storage, data download, data analy-sis,and data visualization.Through this platform, users can quickly retrieve information on gene function, expression levels, gene conservation, and collinearity in fish. The fish big data platform developed in this study will facilitate genomic analysis in the field of aquaculture. The platform can be accessed via IP 47.96.156.188.
