脂质组学是一种新的代谢组学技术.脂质作为生命体中重要的化合物,在调节植物应答各种非生物和生物胁迫中有着重要作用.脂质代谢参与各种生殖发育进程,如胚芽和胚珠发育、愈伤组织诱导、开花等,并且在各种植物的不同组织中都存在,无论是花粉还是种皮、胚珠.长期以来,脂质代谢都是解析植物生长发育分子机制的重要研究内容.本综述介绍了脂质组学贯穿于植物的研究领域,重点归纳和总结了植株在响应各种胁迫下脂质重塑,以及植物所可能受到的形态和生理功能的影响.
The Lipidomics of Plant Growth and Stress Response:an Overview of Lipid Regulation
Lipidomics is a new metabolomics technology.Lipids,as important compounds in living organisms,play a crucial role in regulating plant responses to various abiotic and biotic stresses.Lipid metabolism is involved in various reproductive and developmental processes,such as ovule and seed development,callus induction,flowering,and is present in different tissues of various plants,whether in seedlings,pollen,seed coats,or ovule.Over the years,lipid metabolism has been a significant focus in unravelling the mo-lecular mechanisms underlying plant growth and development.This review provides an overview of lipidomics in the field of plant re-search,with a particular emphasis on summarizing and elucidating how plants remodel lipids in response to various stresses and the po-tential impact on their morphological and physiological functions.
