Research Progress on Genes Related to Coronary Heart Disease
Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a complex disease with the highest mortality and disability rates worldwide. It is primarily caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors, resulting in a diverse range of phenotypes. The genetic component signifi-cantly influences the development of coronary heart disease, and the pathological molecular mechanism is complex. It is crucial to un-derstand the susceptibility genes linked to it in order to grasp its pathogenesis. This article offers an overview of the connection between different susceptibility genes, including androgen-dependent TFPI regulating protein(ADTRP),apolipoprotein(Apo)gene family, fat factor, inflammatory cytokine, and the progression of coronary heart disease.
