Mining Analysis of Skeletal Muscle Transcriptome Data of Ira Rabbits at Differ-ent Growth Stages
To further mine the transcriptome data of the skeletal muscle of Ira rabbits, bioinformatics was used to conduct an in-depth comprehensive analysis of the transcription data of the gastrocnemius muscle of Ira rabbits at three growth stages in the study. The ex-pression patterns and molecular function of alternative splicing, new transcripts, and their transcription factors were visualized. The re-sults showed that skipping exon(SE)was the most common splicing mode in skeletal muscle growth of Ira rabbits, and the genes for al-ternative splicing were mainly enriched in ubiquitination-mediated proteolysis.Meanwhile, four new transcripts codes were Novel.10047,Novel.13070,Novel.16785,and Novel.7389 respectively, which were mainly related with the oxidation-reduction process and mitochondrial function in skeletal muscle.Transcription factors including PLAGL1,KLF15,IKZF2,and ZNF566 belonged to the zf-C2H2 transcription factor family may be involved in the regulation of skeletal muscle growth in Ira rabbits as potential targets. The re-sults supplemente the genome and transcriptome annotation information of Ira rabbits and provide a theoretical foundation and basis for further improving and analyzing the potential functional genes and their roles in the skeletal muscle growth of Ira rabbits.
