摘要
中性粒细胞衍生的细胞外囊泡(extracellular vesicle,EV)通过携带蛋白质、核酸、脂质和各种细胞因子介导细胞通信.中性粒细胞衍生的EV在炎症的发生发展、血管相关疾病以及肿瘤的进展中发挥重要作用.本文重点阐述中性粒细胞衍生EV的产生机制及其在疾病中发挥的作用,探讨定向诱导培养的中性粒细胞EV可能作为新型药物治疗疾病的优势.
Abstract
Neutrophil-derived extracellular vesicle(EV)mediates intercellular communication by carrying proteins,nucleic acids,lipids,and various cytokines.Neutrophil-derived EV plays important role in the development of inflammation,vascular-related disea-ses,and tumor progression.This article focuses on reviewing the generation mechanism of neutrophil-derived EV,its role in diseases,and discusses the potential advantages of targeted induction and cultivation of neutrophil-derived EV as novel therapeutic strategies.
