摘要

对比多本国家标准及规范对备用电源和应急电源术语的定义;分析二者的区别和侧重点;提出供配电系统设计时应充分理解备用电源和应急电源的定义,根据工程的负荷性质、用电容量、工程特点、系统规模和发展规划及当地供电条件进行多方案比选,并对 5 种备用电源供电方案和 3 种应急电源供电方案的特点和适用范围进行探讨.

Abstract

This paper compares the definitions of standby power supply and electric source for safety services in many national standards and codes,analyzes the differences between them and their emphases,proposes the definitions of standby power supply and electric source for safety services to be fully understood during power supply and distribution system design,compares multiple schemes according to the load characteristics,power consumption,engineering characteristics,system scale,development planning and local power supply conditions,and discusses the characteristics and scope of application of five standby power supply schemes and three electric source for safety services schemes.
