Discussion on Design Key Points of Functional Exchange between Peacetime and Wartime in Electrical Discipline of Civil Air Defense Works
Based on the Technical Standard for Function Exchange of Civil Air Defence Works between Peacetime and Wartime(DB34/T 4628-2023),a local standard of Anhui Province,this paper summarizes the contents related to electrical discipline,analyzes the new requirements and regulations of DB34/T 4628-2023 in combination with current relevant specifications and design practices of civil air defense works and finally provides corresponding solutions.
