摘要

通过对当前电动汽车充电设施设计规范、标准要求及应用现状的分析、总结,提出辅助等电位联结SEB设置的必要性及有效性校验方法,并就室内外充电设施等电位联结提出设计建议:室外充电设施应设置等电位联结;室内充电设施是否设置等电位联结可根据具体情况确定.

Abstract

The current design codes and standards and application status of electric vehicle are analyzed and summarized,and the calibration method for the necessity and effectiveness of supplementary equipotential bonding(SEB)is proposed.Meanwhile,suggestions are proposed for the design of equipotential bonding for indoor and outdoor charging facilities:equipotential bonding shall be set up for outdoor charging facilities;the setting of equipotential bonding for indoor charging facilities shall be determined according to the specific circumstances.
