Explanation on Standard for Fire Protection Design of Urban Utility Tunnel
This paper introduces the exploration and thinking points behind the compilation of Standard for Fire Protection Design of Urban Utility Tunnel(Zhejiang engineering construction standard DBJ33/T 1278-2022).It puts forward the fire/explosion hazard characteristics of gas compartment and the fire control characteristics of cable fire in power compartment.Finally,by collecting and analyzing the operation and management mode of domestic pilot projects and the management mode of many places in Zhejiang Province,the characteristics of fire evacuation and rescue in utility tunnel are studied and explored,and the solutions to many urgent and controversial issues related to fire protection in pipe gallery construction are proposed.
