In order to meet the requirements of process development in the cigarette factory,the existing unused factory building must be utilized and its capacity increased.This paper analyzes and researches the renovation of an additional substation in the existing cigarette factory building,including the selection of the substation site,the analysis of equipment load,the configuration of high and low voltage switchgears,the power supply design,the establishment of a smart management system,and other aspects.
