Evacuation Under Fire Lighting Conditions—Discussion on Setting of Fire Emergency Luminaire at Safety Exits
In this paper,the important concept of"evacuation under fire lighting conditions"is introduced to analyze the results of"evacuation",proving that fire lighting is not a sufficient and necessary condition.Logic analysis is performed based on this important concept,that is,if the indoor place connected to a"safety exit"is not suitable for evacuation under fire fighting conditions,there will be no"safety exit"connected for such evacuation!Without this"safety exit",there will be no theory on setting the"safety exit"indicator and"evacuation lighting luminaire"at the"safety exit"!It is concluded that only when the indoor place connected to a"safety exit"is suitable for evacuation under fire fighting conditions,there will be the conditions for setting the"safety exit"indicator and"evacuation lighting luminaire"at the"safety exit"!
