The national and industry policies on medical buildings are introduced;the problems in the operation and maintenance of the traditional distribution system in the hospital are investigated;the demand for the construction of a distribution system for medical buildings is analyzed;a smart distribution system solution is proposed for medical buildings based on specific engineering cases;and the advantages of a smart distribution system over a traditional one in the application in medical buildings are elaborated.
