摘要

结合实际工程项目,探索并创新装配式居住建筑电气管线分离技术,除利用吊顶空间、干式楼/地面等进行的传统管线分离措施外,总结提炼出一种全新的不利用吊顶空间进行电气管线分离的技术,该新技术的总体思路是:管线减总量、明暗结合、功能预留,供装配式项目选择应用.

Abstract

In this paper,the electrical pipe and wire detached from skeleton technology for prefabricated residential buildings is discussed and innovated based on practical engineering projects.In addition to the traditional method for pipe and wire detached from skeleton based on the ceiling space and dry floor/ground,it summarizes and proposed a brand-new electrical pipe and wire detached from skeleton technology that does not rely on the ceiling void.This new technology is developed according to the general idea of reducing the total pipe and wire quantity,combining open installation with concealed installation,and reservation of functions for optional application in prefabricated projects.
