A Simple Analysis of the Differences between Urban Tunnel Lighting and Highway Tunnel Lighting Designs
For a long time,there have been no special national standards issued as the design basis for urban tunnel lighting,and the Guidelines for Design of Lighting of Highway Tunnels(JTG/T D70/2-01-2014)was the only reference in this field.In recent years,lots of industrial and local standards have been issued to clearly guide the lighting in urban tunnels.However,the specific requirements for urban tunnels are different among these standards.In this paper,the current standards and rules regarding tunnel lighting are listed,the parameters for urban tunnel lighting and highway tunnel lighting specified in these standards are compared and analyzed,and suggestions are proposed on lighting zoning for urban tunnels.
