介绍首钢京唐烧结主抽风机电控系统变频改造电气技术方案的制定与实施情况.介绍现有烧结主抽风机电机的电控设备状况和生产运行情况,在充分利用现有电控设备前提下,提出采用高压变频器控制的改造设计方案.该技术方案内容涵盖了 10kV配电系统、同步电动机励磁、高压变频器、自动化系统4 个方面技术内容,可实现变频器启动+变频器运行、变频器启动+工频运行、变频软启动+工频运行 3 种工作方式的切换,该技术方案经实践验证取得良好的社会效益和经济效益.
Design on Energy Conservation Transformation of Sintering Main Exhaust Fan of Shougang Jingtang
The preparation and implementation of electrical technical scheme for variable-frequency renovation of sintering main exhaust fan electronic control system of Shougang Jingtang are introduced.The electric control equipment and production operation status of the existing sintering main exhaust fan motor is introduced,and under the background of full utilization of existing electric control equipment,the renovation design scheme of adoption the high-voltage frequency converter control is put forward.This technical scheme covers the four aspects of technical contents such as 10kV distribution system,synchronous motor excitation,high-voltage frequency converter and automation system,so as to realize the switch in the three following operation modes such as the frequency converter start+frequency converter operation,frequency converter start+power frequency operation and frequency converter soft start+power frequency operation.The practice shows that this technical scheme has obtained good social and economic benefits.
