摘要

针对超高层建筑规模庞大、机电设备众多、业态丰富、用户需求复杂、能源消耗巨大,BA系统对节能控制关注较少、相应产品较少的情况,结合某超高层项目实际需求,从机电系统智慧控制节能降耗出发,介绍建筑设备监控及能效管理平台价值、系统架构,并对智能分析策略、数据清洗、数字孪生等关键技术进行分析.

Abstract

In consideration of the huge scale,many mechanical and electrical equipment,various business modes,complex user requirements and huge energy consumption of super high-rise building,the BA system pays less attention to energy-conservation control and has fewer corresponding products,and combined with the actual requirements of a certain super high-rise project,the value and system architecture of building equipment monitoring and energy efficiency management platform are introduced and the intelligent analysis strategy,data cleaning,digital twin and other key technologies are analyzed from the perspective of energy conservation and consumption reduction by smart control of electromechanical system.
