Exploration and Practice of Energy-saving Control Methods for Mechanical and Electrical Equipment for Buildings
Energy saving and consumption reduction and operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment for buildings have always been the pain spots of property management.Using technologies including the Internet of Things(IoT),big data,and artificial intelligence(AI),intelligent buildings play a vital role in reducing building energy consumption,saving operating cost,reducing management difficulty,and extending equipment life.This paper studies the monitoring and control methods for building heating and cooling sources and air conditioning and ventilation systems,and analyzes the logic of AI energy-saving algorithms.
