摘要

水下数据中心是一种将数据中心设备放置在水下的新兴技术,与传统的数据中心相比,它具有占用空间小、节约能源、降低成本、增强安全性和提高可靠性等优势.水下数据中心可以利用海水进行冷却,降低能源消耗,并通过减少物理接触和提高隐蔽性来增强数据中心的安全性.而抽水蓄能电站具备完善的水下地形、可靠的电源供应等特点.本文根据抽水蓄能电站特点,结合目前水下数据中心产品的技术要求,探寻在抽水蓄能电站建设水下数据中心的可行性.

Abstract

Underwater data center is an emerging technology that places data center equipment underwater.Compared with traditional data center,it has such advantages as small space occupation,energy conservation,reduced cost,enhanced safety,and improved reliability.Sea water can be used to cool underwater data center,which reduces energy consumption,and enhances the safety of data center by reducing physical contact and improving concealment.Pumped storage power station has perfect underwater topography and reliable power supply.According to the characteristics of pumped storage power station and the current technical requirements for underwater data center products,the feasibility of building an underwater data center at the pumped storage power station is explored.
