To build a conservation-minded society is a major strategic decision of CPC Central Committee and State Council, is the inevitable requirement of implementing the scientific concept of development and building a harmonious society, and it embodies traditional virtues as well as diligence and frugality of Chinese nation. In order to implement relevant spirit of CPC Central Committee, specific measures of conservation-oriented society is discussed combined with the reality of Jiangsu Polytechnic College of Agriculture and Forestry, which achieves certain results.
