摘要

龙胆草在采收后,根系间夹杂有泥土等需要去除的污物,在储藏、二次加工或有效成分提取之前都要经过清洗,传统清洗方法不仅耗时费工,而且消耗大量的淡水,更有甚者使用化学洗涤剂,造成龙胆草的二次污染;超声波清洗技术因其不受清洗件表面复杂形状的限制,清洗时间快、效果好和无污染等特点,而被广泛应用于各个领域.将微幅振动及超声波清洗技术引入龙胆草的清洗过程,在不增加任何其他洗涤剂的情况下,将龙胆草根茎清洗干净.

Abstract

After harvest, there are many mixed dirt in root of gentian need to remove, so in the storage, secondary processing or extracting effective components process, it must be cleaned. The traditional cleaning method not only takes a lot of time, but also uses a lot of fresh water, and even uses chemical detergents, causing secondary pollution; ultrasonic cleaning technology is widely used in various fields because of no restrictions on the complex cleaning surface, short cleaning time, good effect and no pollution. If introducing the slight vibration and ultrasonic cleaning technology in gentian cleaning process, in the case of not adding any other detergent, the gentian rhizomes can be cleaned.
