大学生职业指导的教育课程体系和运行机制研究——以应用心理学专业大学生为例

摘要
近几年来,随着就业形势的日益严峻,给社会、家庭及大学生带来了巨大的就业压力.因此构建与学生专业相结合的,有针对性的职业指导体系具有重大的意义.本文在文献综述的基础上,结合心理学专业特点,对大学生职业指导的教育课程体系进行了初步构建,并探讨了这些课程的运行机制.以期为高校职业指导机构提供一些依据和建议,进而帮助大学生顺利的度过大学生涯.
Abstract
In recent years, with the increasingly grim employment situation, it brings huge employment pressure to society, families and college students. So it is greatly significant to build targeted career guidance system with combination of student's major. On the basis of the review of the literature, combining the characteristics of psychology, this paper initially built the education curriculum system for college student career guidance, and discussed its operational mechanism, in order to provide some basis and recommendations for college vocational guidance institutions, thus helping students successfully pass college career.
