本文以陈国明的跨文化交际能力培养模式理论为基础，结合中国学生在跨文化交际能力习得方面在态度、策略等方面的独特之处，提出对这一能力培养模式的中国化改造，照顾学生的面子，激发学生好胜心，让学生更好、更容易地获得初步跨文化交际能力。
Abstract
The paper takes Guo-ming Chen's theory of intercultural communication competence as the theoretical basis. Combining the unique cultural attitude and learning strategy, the paper proposes an improved way of intercultural communication competence catering for the face, and ambition of Chinese students.
