摘要
当飞机在地面及所有飞行阶段为了向旅客提供服务，在厨房、厕所设置了水/污水系统。由于此系统相关部件由旅客和乘务员频繁使用，因此部件因可靠性问题或者使用不当造成故障，极大影响了旅客服务质量。本文针对A320飞机的水系统做出了简单介绍，并对典型故障进行分析并给出快速的处理措施，以提高航线的工作质量和提高服务质量。
Abstract
In order to provide services to the passengers at ground and all the flight phase, airplanes set up waterwage systems in the kitchen and toilet. The related components of these systems are frequently used by the passengers and the flight attendants. So, the failure caused by the dependability issues and misemploy greatly affects the service quality for the passengers. This paper simply introduces the water system of A320 airplane, analyzes the typical failure and puts forward the frequent treatment measures to improve the work and service quality of airlines.
