针对目前大学生使用网络社交平台现状进行调查，分析网络社交平台对大学生成长带来的影响和及成因，进而提出学生工作者有效提高大学生的行为管理和教育的相关对策。
Abstract
In view of investigation for status of the college students using social networking platform at present, this paper analyzes the impact brought by social network platform on college students growth and its cause, then puts forward to the ness of measures related to improving the college student's behavior management and education effectively for the student workers.
