“学生中心,教师主动”的中学英语课程改革实践--以商洛市某中学为例

商洛地区由于环境及经济、文化、社会落后的制约,中学英语教学理念落后,形式单一,学生兴趣低下,有较为严重的焦虑感,同时还存在硬件的问题。课程改革系统设计,把师资培训和课改结合起来,调动教学、管理和学习者三方面的积极主动性,将能较好的改进教学质量。
Practice of"Students Centered, Teacher Initiative"Middle School English Curriculum Reform:Taking a Middle School in Shangluo as an Example
Due to constraints of environment and backward economy, culture and social development, the middle school English teaching idea is backward with single teaching form in Shangluo, and students have little interest and serious anxiety in learning English. There are also hardware problems. By combining curriculum reform with teacher training, the initiative motivation of teachers, managers and learners is drawn, which can improve the teaching quality.
