当地时间2015年9月19日，日本参议院全体会议以执政党等议员的多数赞成，强行表决通过安保法案。这意味着安保法案正式升级为法律，将为日本自卫队出兵海外、行使集体自卫权奠定法律基础。本文介绍了日本新安保法案的主要内容，分析了对我国未来战争形式及作战方式的影响，并结合我国武器装备未来发展，提出了相关对策建议。
Abstract
Local time September 19, 2015, the majority of members of the Japanese Senate agreed to pass security bills. This means that the security bills is officially upgraded to the law, to lay the legal foundation for the SDF troops overseas, the exercise of collective self-defense. This paper introduces the main contents of Japanˊs new security bills, analyzes its impact on Chinaˊs future war mode and battle mode, combined with the future development of Chinaˊs weapons and equipment, puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
