摘要

当前,劳资冲突问题日益严重,由此引发的农民工群体性事件层出不穷,对经济发展以及社会稳定造成严重影响.采用F-H分析方法分析农民工与业主劳资冲突问题.结果表明:业主主动为农民工加薪或为其提供福利,改善劳动条件和农民工提出要求,但未罢工,而业主答应他们的要求,为农民工加薪或为其提供福利,改善劳动条件为全局稳定性结局.这说明只有农民工的权益得到了保障,农民工与业主劳资冲突问题才有可能得到缓解.

Abstract

At present, the conflict between labor and capital is becoming more and more serious, which leads to a large number of peasant workers, which has a serious impact on economic development and social stability. The F-H analysis method is used to analyze the conflict between peasant workers and employers. The results show that the global stable ending is that the employers take the initiative to raise wages for peasant workers and provide benefits so as to improve the working conditions, or the peasant workers make a request but do not strike, and the employers agree to their request for the wages and benefits so as to improve the working conditions. This shows that only the rights and interests of peasant workers have been protected, and the conflict between peasant workers and employers can be eased.
