摘要
本文在问卷调查和座谈调研的基础上,分析了江苏企业研发机构的研发投入特征;研究表明,自有资金是企业研发投入的最主要来源,企业发展和创新战略、市场预期是影响企业研发投入的最主要的两个因素,且大部分企业在缺乏资金时对研发投入仍比较积极,同时,企业更期望稳定的政府资金支持方式;最后,本文还从落实创新优惠政策、支持企业加强人才队伍建设、鼓励企业深入产学研合作、降低企业研发门槛等四个方面,提出加大企业研发投入的对策建议.
Abstract
Based on the questionnaire survey and the forum research,this paper analyzes the R&D investment characteristics of R&D institutions in Jiangsu.The research shows that the self-owned capital is the most important source of enterprise R&D investment,the enterprise development and innovation strategy,market expectation are the most important two factors of R&D investment,and R&D investment in most of the enterprises when lack of funds is still relatively positive,at the same time,the enterprises expect stable government funding support.Finally,this paper also puts forward the advice to increase investment R&D investment from four aspects:implementing innovative preferential policies,supporting enterprises to strengthen personnel team building,encouraging enterprises to deepen production and research cooperation and reducing the threshold of enterprise R&D.
