Application of SPC in Determination of Nicotine Content
In order to improve the control of the process of re-roasting tobacco, the main chemical composition of tobacco leaves was selected to carry out multiple sampling tests. The statistical process capability analysis method (SPC) and control chart were used, the CC03 tobacco leaves of origin for QuJing was analyzed. With the help of Minitab analysis software, the distribution histogram of nicotine content, the nicotine content box chart and the process capacity control map, which mainly affected the quality of tobacco leaves, were obtained. The results showed that the process capacity index of nicotine content in finished tobacco leaves was low, and the control of nicotine content in CC03 tobacco was the general level. It is very important to obtain the effect of the ratio of raw materials, the temperature and humidity control of re-baking, the way of running leaves and so on. The influence of the change of nicotine content in the process of re-baking is very important. Humidity control and the choice of leaves and other aspects of the link should be adjusted to improve the control of nicotine content in the Kirin re-drying factory.
