摘要

由于箱梁可以在工厂大规模生产并使用大型机械设备运输、安装并一次性组装,因此后张法预应力简支箱梁被广泛用于高速铁路桥梁建造,从而实现了显著的社会效应和经济收益.然而,当工期紧张且架桥机难以抵达时,通常会选择在现场制作的方式来完成施工任务.桥位现浇施工可根据现场条件选择原位浇筑、高位浇筑和侧位浇筑方法施工.高位浇筑施工目前已经很少采用,目前工程大多采用侧位浇筑施工.本文从现浇梁侧位浇筑施工中的关键工序着手,结合实际,对施工过程中基础施工、支柱安装、横移滑道及箱梁底座设置,顶推、落梁等关键工序展开论述,为今后类似桥梁的施工提供一点借鉴.

Abstract

Due to the large-scale production and one-time assembly of large transportation and installation tools in the manufacturing plant,post tensioned prestressed simply supported box beams are widely used in the construction of high-speed railway bridges,achieving significant social and economic benefits.However,when the construction time is tight and it is difficult for the bridge erecting machine to arrive,on-site production is usually chosen to complete the construction task.The cast-in-place construction of the bridge site can be carried out by selecting the methods of in-situ pouring,high-level pouring,and lateral pouring according to the on-site conditions.High level pouring construction is currently rarely used,and most projects currently use side pouring construction.This article starts with the key processes in the side pouring construction of cast-in-place beams,and combines them with practical situations to discuss how to construct the foundation,install the pillars,set up the transverse sliding way and box beam base,and how to push and drop the beams during the construction process.This provides some reference for the construction of similar bridges in the future.
