城市数字基础设施建设的时空差异分析——基于中国30省份的面板数据

摘要
数字基础设施作为新基建的核心技术支持和基础保障,对推动城市经济高质量发展和提升数字竞争力具有关键作用.本研究基于 2015-2021 年中国 30 省份的面板数据,采用熵值法测算省域层面的城市数字基础设施建设水平,并通过Matlab软件测算了30 省份的Dagum基尼系数,以揭示数字基础设施建设的时空差异特征.研究结果显示,2015 至 2021 年间,中国 30 省份的总体数字基础设施建设水平显著提升,从0.126 增长至 0.417,但仍存在明显的时空差异.尽管四大地区的内部和区域间差异呈现缩小趋势,东部地区内部以及东部与东北地区之间的差异仍然最大.此外,区域间差异贡献率是导致时空差异的主要因素.本研究为理解区域间数字基础设施发展不均衡提供了重要的实证依据,并为制定更具针对性的政策提供了参考.
Abstract
Digital infrastructure serves as the essential technical support and foundation for new infrastructure,playing a pivotal role in driving high-quality urban economic growth and enhancing digital competitiveness.This study,utilizing panel data from 30 Chinese provinces between 2015 and 2021,employs the entropy method to assess urban digital infrastructure at the provincial level,and calculates the Dagum Gini coefficient using Matlab to uncover spatiotemporal disparities.The findings reveal a significant improvement in digital infrastructure levels,rising from 0.126 to 0.417,yet pronounced spatiotemporal disparities persist.While internal and interregional differences among the four major regions have narrowed,the greatest disparities remain within the eastern region and between the eastern and northeastern regions.Interregional differences are the primary contributors to these disparities.This research provides critical empirical insights into regional imbalances in digital infrastructure development and informs more targeted policy-making.
