摘要
文章对近十年内发生的 30 起典型高校实验室安全事故进行了深入分析,研究发现,高校实验室爆炸事故占比较为突出,其次是火灾事故.此外,结合典型事故致因分析,文章基于"2-4"事故致因模型,从基层面、管理层面和外部层面三个维度出发提出了一个全面构建高校实验室安全管理体系的思路.这一体系的构建不仅为高校实验室的安全管理提供了科学参考,也为高校的科研和人才培养工作提供了坚实的保障.
Abstract
The article provides an in-depth analysis of 30 typical safety accidents in university laboratories that have occurred in the past decade.The study found that explosion accidents in university laboratories are more prominent,followed by fire accidents.In addition,combined with the analysis of typical accident causes,the article proposes a comprehensive approach to building a university laboratory safety management system from three dimensions:grassroots,management and external,based on the"2-4"model.The construction of this system not only provides scientific reference for the safety management of university laboratories,but also provides a solid guarantee for scientific research and talent cultivation in universities.
