Research on Cost Management Strategies for the Whole Process of Construction Projects
The purpose of this study is to explore cost management strategies for the whole process of construction projects,in order to improve the economic benefits and management efficiency of the projects.The research covers the cost management objectives and strategies for various stages of project decision-making,design,bidding,construction and completion.A comprehensive cost management system has been established through methods such as risk assessment and cost control during the design phase,bidding strategies,dynamic control of construction progress and costs,and completion settlement review and post evaluation.The research results indicate that modern advanced technologies and tools can effectively reduce project cost risks and improve the accuracy and efficiency of cost management.By establishing a comprehensive review and feedback mechanism,problems at each stage can be identified and resolved in a timely manner,and the project management process can be optimized.This study provides a scientific theoretical basis and practical guidance for cost management of construction projects,which helps to promote the improvement of industry management level and achieve the goals of green building and sustainable development.
