B737NG发动机防冰活门(TAI)状态监控及寿命分析模型

发动机防冰活门(TAI)故障发生概率不高,但造成飞机中断起飞、返航等不正常事件的后果严重,给航空公司带来较高的经济损失。本文基于 737NG飞机上件号 3215618-4/-5 TAI的QAR数据,建立状态监控模型;同时,对其故障模式进行分析,结合修理数据,建立威布尔分布模型,对TAI内部附件进行寿命分析。建议航空公司根据TAI实际运行的状态趋势,结合寿命分析,对TAI故障采取预测和预防措施。

The probability of engine anti-icing valve(TAI)failure is not high,but the consequences of abnormal events such as aircraft takeoff interruption and return are quite serious,causing high economic losses to airlines.This article establishes a status monitoring model based on QAR data of part number 3215618-4/-5 TAI on 737NG aircraft.At the same time,this article analyzes its failure modes.Based on the repair data,it establishes a Weibull distribution model to analyze the lifespan of TAI's internal accessories.It is recommended that airlines take predictive and preventive measures for TAI failures based on the actual operating status trend of TAI and combined with life analysis.
