公路工程建设周期长、专业多、数据资料类型多、基础信息结构化程度低,要实现公路全周期、多要素的数字化建设,必然会面临海量数据的融合、处理、维护等,传统信息化系统构架或者人工管理方式,无法完成相关工作,导致公路工程数据全周期流转与共享不畅,海量数据集成与管理困难。传统业务数字化建设系统性差,现有系统多基于某具体业务或工点,导致业务数据兼容性、标准性、统一性难以支撑全生命周期的传递与应用。本文提出基于BIM+GIS的高速公路基础设施数字化基础平台,在解决上述痛点的同时,旨在实现道路全要素、全周期、全业务、数字化管理应用基础数据支撑。作为基础底座,为建管、养护和营运等业务系统提供标准化的道路要素数据、应用接口以及道路设施设备的 2D/3D模型和高精度地图等可视化服务和支撑。
Research on Digital Infrastructure Platform for Expressway Infrastructure Based on BIM+GIS
Highway engineering construction has a long construction period,multiple specialties,multiple types of data and information,and a low degree of structured basic information.To achieve the full cycle and multi factor digital construction of highways,it will inevitably face the integration,processing,and maintenance of massive data.Traditional information system architectures or manual management method cannot complete the relevant work,resulting in poor circulation and sharing of highway engineering data throughout the entire lifecycle,and difficulties in the integration and management of massive data.Traditional business digital constructions have poor systematization,and existing systems are mostly based on a specific business or work site,which makes it difficult for business data compatibility,standardization,and uniformity to support the transmission and application of the entire lifecycle.This article proposes a digital basic platform for highway infrastructure based on BIM+GIS.It aims to achieve basic data support for all elements,all stages,all businesses,and digital management applications of roads.As the foundation,it provides standardized road element data,application interfaces,2D/3D models of road facilities and equipment,high-precision maps,and other visual services and support for business systems such as construction management,maintenance,and operation.
