Research on the Income Evaluation of Social Capital Side of Comprehensive Pipe Gallery
In the early stage of the comprehensive pipe gallery construction project,the investment of social capital is very important to the construction and operation of the comprehensive pipe corridor.However,due to the low cost of entering the corridor and the high construction capital and financing cost required,the social capital side generally has low investment enthusiasm for such projects.In the past,most research has focused on the ROI of social capital and less on the internal rate of return(IRR),which makes it difficult for social capital to clearly understand its payback period.Therefore,the paper proposes to use the internal rate of return(IRR)combined with the net present value method(NPV)for evaluation,to provide social capital parties with more transparent investment income expectation,and then stimulate their investment interest,and promote the construction of China's comprehensive pipe corridor in a more scientific and orderly way.
