Research on Rapid Construction Technology of Prefabricated Box Girder Truss Type Surface Acceptance Device for High-speed Rail
With the continuous development of domestic engineering construction level,the precast construction technology and construction organization of high-speed railway box girder have been basically mature.Through the in-depth research and analysis of the beam making process,the rapid construction technology of the precast box girder with trussed surface drawing device has been studied in Yixing railway Yiling beam making yard.The technology meets the requirements of prefabricated box girder surface,and requires less labor.Compared with the traditional surface process,the surface device is light and intelligent,and can achieve the purpose of reducing staff,improving efficiency and reducing labor intensity and construction cost.It innovates in the construction technology,and has been popularized and applied in Yiling beam making yard of Yixing Railway,and also provides strong technical support and reference for other similar large and medium-sized beam making yard.
