本研究通过对 2009 年至 2021 年沪深A股中的重污染企业进行实证分析,深入探讨了企业ESG表现对其实现绿色创新的影响力及其作用机制.研究发现:重污染企业良好的ESG表现能显著提升绿色创新能力;机制分析发现ESG表现可以通过缓解企业融资约束增强企业的绿色创新能力.文章研究结论为我国重污染企业提高ESG表现,加强绿色创新能力有一定启示作用.
Abstract
By empirically analyzing the heavy polluting firms in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2009 to 2021,this study deeply explores the impact and mechanism of corporate ESG performance on their realization of green innovation.The study finds that good ESG performance of heavy polluting firms can significantly enhance their green innovation capability.The mechanism analysis reveals that ESG performance can enhance the green innovation capability of firms by alleviating their financing constraints.The research conclusion of the article provides some inspiration for China's heavy polluting firms to improve their ESG performance and strengthen their green innovation capabilities.
