Research on Hole Distribution Parameters of Deep-dug Subgrade Slope Static Blasting
To improve the efficiency of static blasting in deep excavation slope foundations,a numerical simulation of static blasting on deep excavation slope foundations was conducted by using the LS-DYNA simulation software. We analyze the influence of hole layout parameters on static blasting crack propagation from the aspects of hole spacing, free face distance, hole depth, inclination angle, etc.Based on the simulation results, field static splitting construction was carried out, achieving good rock-breaking effects. The results indicate that as the hole spacing and the distance to the free face decrease, rock cracks develop more fully, and the impact of the distance to the free face on crack propagation is more significant compared to the effect of hole spacing on crack propagation. As the hole depth increases, the crack-inducing effect of static blasting on rocks weakens. The drilling inclination angle has a minor impact on slope cracking and damage.Slope cracks guide the propagation of cracks between two holes in static blasting. This type of simulation method aligns closely with field construction, offering broad applicability and cost-effectiveness.It provides good scientific guidance for static blasting field engineering.
